HIV and Food

I'm glad I found this site. I have a question that probably sounds silly but I've had anxiety issues for the last few years and it seems to be getting worse at times.

yesterday I went to a fast food drive in and ordered food, I got a hamburger with ketchup on it. The cook kept looking at me, why I don't know. I drove home about 15 minutes away. as I ate the hamburger I looked and it wasn't cooked fully, alittle pink inside, no big deal.
Then I start to think what if he or someone put blood on the burger!! I ate almost the whole thing.
is there any concern? can HIV be transmitted this way thru food eaten 15 minutes later?
I don't know why my mind started to think of this. I do have anxiety and I don't want to start being anxious over this. Do I have a risk or worry? Please help me with this. Thanks.

Risks for HIV in adults are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex, or
2) sharing IV drug needles with other IV drug users.

You had NO risk for HIV, even in the unlikely even that this actually happened.  In reality, this is OCD-like thinking, not rational thinking.  There is no obvious motivation for someone to "infect" your food with HIV, particularly when HIV cannot even be transmitted by ingesting blood, saliva, or any other bodily fluids.

I know it's not rational thinking. I don't know why I even thought what I did!!
HIV wouldnt survive on a hamburger and ketchup and a 15 min drive? am I correct? I never thought of OCD. like I said i have anxiety and I'm looking to talk with someone.
Thank you for responding.
All you need to do is reread Curfew's first paragraph. Rephrasing your original questions is pointless.

Thank you for your response. I know it sounds so rididculous! I just start getting anxious and worrying!
I don't do either 1 or 2 that Curfew stated.
then thoughts pop in about different ways to be infected and then I worry about my family! thank you again.
I'm Trying to stop being like this!
