Sorry mabe my english, beacuse its not my language
Really I’m anxious and can’t avoid thinking about this problem Since 20 days.

Actually I have visited strip club in Thailand and I got private lap dance. Where I didn’t have any penetration or kissing. I was fully clothed and girl with underwear. She rubbed her self on me for approximate 7 minutes until i feel ejaculated .
I touched her breast and body and never touched vaniegal area. There were no kissing also. I was having very small tiny finger wound with two days age. I have done HIV test once I arrived Home after 6 days of incident

Actually im not having any intercourse with anybody expect my wife

My questios:

1- There is any risk from this incident HIV or STD?
2- Any risk of her vengeail sectration if touched my finger cut
3- Since im marred any problem for my wife
4- I need to do any testing? Type , when

Pleas I’m thinking about this issue day & night and really effect my normal life? Since I’m married man

There are many tests for trichamonas infection in men. PCR tests are good if they have been carefully standardized.  you should discuss this with your doctor.  EWH

I'm sorry you have continued to worry, and to waste your money on testing.  I hope that my answers below will allow you to move forward.

1- Is HIV tests I have done conclusive or I need to repeat them again after 3 month. Since I found result for Trichomanas venagils.

Repeating the tests is not needed.  There was no risk to start with and your results confirm that you were not infected.

2- I’m wondering from where I got Trichmonas veginails , is it possible to get it from my wife while she may got it from toilets or towels or another way not known rather than sex .

While there are rare reports of trichomonas transmitted by towels, these are questionalbe- most experts will tell you that nearly all trichomonas is transmitted by sex..  I do not know about the PCR test you had but your result may be false positive.  You should be retested as should your wife.  If eeither of you has proven trichomanas, then you BOTH need to be treated.

3- Dr give me Fingel tablets and told me to take for five days and then also he told to let wife to take it after delivery and avoid feeding for  the same period for child, is that I can do or ?

I am not familiar with this medicine and cannot advicse you on this

4- Any risk for the baby?

Unlikely.

5- It Trichmonas vengils through PCR swap  can be false positive ? or I need to repeat the test with other doctor?

See above.  A false positve is a possiblity.

6- How to make sure if its treated after antipoetic course finished?

First be sure you are infected.  EWH

Dear Doctor,

As above my exposure, I need to share with you my reports and test result and I need your comments.
Actually , after that I’m really had very anxious which effect my daily life. Therefore, I have decided to do some testing  for reassurance purpose . I did  HIV compo test (anteginp24+ antibody ) at 34 days after incident and it came back negative.
Also, I have done PCR test through SWAP from penis for other STD’s and it took one week for result, all STD’s not detected in test except Tracomans veginals detected which really surprised  me since I’m not having sex only with my wife since 6 years ago  and even before and I very knew here she will not as well. I’m sure about her.
Also, I did HIV compo test at 41 days again and it came back negative.
For your information I’m having problems in urine and prostate long back ago and not cured ,sometime having some burning sensation from long period coming and going  and also my wife now pregnant and in eight month.

Now my question:

1- Is HIV tests I have done conclusive or I need to repeat them again after 3 month. Since I found result for Trichomanas venagils.
2- I’m wondering from where I got Trichmonas veginails , is it possible to get it from my wife while she may got it from toilets or towels or another way not known rather than sex .
3- Dr give me Fingel tablets and told me to take for five days and then also he told to let wife to take it after delivery and avoid feeding for  the same period for child, is that I can do or ?
4- Any risk for the baby?
5- It Trichmonas vengils through PCR swap  can be false positive ? or I need to repeat the test with other doctor?
6- How to make sure if its treated after antipoetic course finished?

Welcome to our Forum.  Please be patient- we answer questions as we have time.  There is nothing about the exposure  that you describe that suggests that you have any risk at all for HIV or other STIs from the activities you describe.  In adults HIV is transmitted only through penetrative sexual activity and is not transmitted through clothing, even when the clothing is wet with genital secretions. There is no risk for HIV from a person rubbing their naked body on you or from touching her breasts or body.

1- There is any risk from this incident HIV or STD?
No, none

2- Any risk of her vengeail sectration if touched my finger cut
This still does not pose a risk for you.

3- Since im marred any problem for my wife
No problem with unprotected sex with your wife from the events that you have described.  There is no reason to abstain from sex.

4- I need to do any testing? Type , when
No testing of any sort is needed related to this exposure.

I hope this comment is helpful. There is no reason for concern. EWH
