HIV and positive ana

So about three years ago I had protected intercourse with a female
And never really had any symptoms up until about six months ago. I started feeling sick all the time and generally not healthy, which is unusual. The only thing I have been diagnosed with is high bp, which is being medicated with 10 mg of norvasc. However, my wife, (not the same woman as the possible exposure) also has been feeling sick and went to the Doctor. She had high liver enzymes and and an enlarged liver. She tested negative for Hepatitis but had a positive ANA. Is there any concern for HIV or anyother STD. Please help, I'm shaking in boots over here!

http://www.cdc.gov/condomeffectiveness/latex.htm
Sexually Transmitted Diseases, Including HIV Infection, Latex condoms, when used consistently and correctly, are highly effective in preventing the sexual transmission of HIV, the virus that causes AIDS. In addition, consistent and correct use of latex condoms reduces the risk of other sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), including diseases transmitted by genital secretions, and to a lesser degree, genital ulcer diseases. Condom use may reduce the risk for genital human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and HPV-associated diseases, e.g., genital warts and cervical cancer.

Laboratory studies have demonstrated that latex condoms provide an essentially impermeable barrier to particles the size of STD pathogens.
