HIV anxiety
My sister was diagnosed with HIV a month ago and ever since then I have been thinking I have the virus too.A day before she took the test I used the same razor that cut her but produced no blood and this other day she had hemorrhoids and I helped her wash her anal area with my bare hands using hot water and a disinfectant.......I've just been overthinking about these events and convinced myself that I have the virus too please Help
