Shake hand from a stranger. possible needle prick

I was standing on a road and some random person came to me asking for some money because he lost his wallet. He looked very unhygienic. After the conversation, he gave me a normal handshake and a dab handshake. Now I am worried if he injected a needle into me when giving me a handshake. I didn't find any visible spot on my hands. Is it possible that he could prick me while handshaking and me not feeling it?

This is not an HIV issue, it's an HIV phobia issue. Please see a counselor for your irrational thoughts.
