Hola Doctor, llevo unos días angustiado por una estupidez que hice este mes el 09 Junio, tuve una relación sexual con una "señora del sexo" en su piso y cometí el error de que me hiciera sexo oral sin preservativo unos 10min aprox. sin eyacular ni ningún tipo de roceduras, ella de aspecto parecía sana(ya se que eso no quiere decir nada) pero me refiero a heridas, manchas etc.., y después  la  relación  vaginal fue con preservativo. Nunca había utillizádo estos servicios es la primera vez.
Quiero saber que tipo de riesgo tengo de contraer VIH? cuando debo hacerme la primera prueba? también es aconsejable hacerse las de sifilis, gonorrea etc.. aunque no tenga ningún tipo de molestias o sintomas? a partir de que dias/semana puedo hacerme estas pruebas para obtener un resultado fiable? He mirado por foros webs etc.. y hay mucha discrepancia sobre el sexo oral y sus riesgos, agradecería que me pudiera sacar de dudas sobre este tema, he jugado con fuego y puedo quemarme, he aprendido una lección. Lo que mas me angustia es el tiempo de espera para saber resultados óptimos para el VIH 1, 2 (unas 12 semanas mas o menos??) hay algún tipo de prueba fiable y mas rápida? intento no comerme la cabeza, pero me cuesta mucho.
