Testing window period for low risk and high risk exposures

I am pretty new to this forum. Basically I practice digital or very very low risk activity (  mostly mutual mastrubation many occasions vaginal fuild exchange happned from CSW hands). I just posted one docs forum regarding the risk of this including the scratches in penis and vaginal fluid. DR HHH said it is zero risk.

Okay now my question I have read here many  members here say only if it is high risk test after 12 weeks and if low risk 6 weeks enough.  How the low and high risk places role in determining window period.

yea the docs on here say six weeks because about 98 percent of people will test positive by then the guideline is 3 months however some people can not wait 3 months without going insane and some like yourself dont have real risks so the docs on here say 6 weeks so you can move on with your life and for people with real risks 3 months

Perhaps, we look at this issue from a different angle....

If you need not test, in the first place, than a 6 weeks result would be more than enough.

However, if you have a real risk, e.g. unprotected vaginal and anal sex, generally, you need test at 12 weeks for conclusive result.
