HIV fear, Blood drawing fear

Dear Doctor, I'm now in China. I had sex with a call girl(protected with condom) in the early Aug., it's been exactly 4 weeks right now and during this period of time, I had experience occasional stomachache which had caused a little bit diarrhea and also for almost 3 weeks and more I had a shaky head which seemed more severe in the afternoon.

The local doctor suggested me to do a HIV test after 4 weeks, and I had it just yesterday, the result is coming in a couple of days.

I have several questions regarding my situation:
1. Since I used a condom, but I still had kisses(tongue), some ****-biting...etc, is it possible that I had been infected?
2. During the blood drawing process in China, I saw people lining up in front of me for the HIV test which was really scary for me,.....and the nurse had not changed her gloves for each one of the patients. When it came to me, she usd her finger to kind press me hard on my vena in the forearm joint, and used a bit of iodine on it, then she injected the needle head..............then, after the process, I was so afraid that some of the HIV virus from the previous person might have been transmitted to my needle point thru the nurse's figers since she had pressed my vena with her finger which she had used to do the blood drawing for the pervious patients.  Is there any possibiliy that I might be infected that way???
3. My last quesion is, if the 4 weeks test results come out negative, regarding my situation, can I say I am exclusive to HIV infection at all?

OK, for one, you cannot get infected with HIV by having your blood drawn, even if a nurse is wearing dirty gloves.

Two, a bunch of "HIV carriers"?  You know that ALL those people were HIV+?  You were having your blood drawn there too, are YOU infected?  No.  So, why would you assume everyone in line was?

It's THOSE kinds of assumptions that lead to HIV paranoia and hysteria, and keep the stigma going strong.  Do not make assumptions when you don't have proper info to do so.

You never had a risk...before or after your blood was drawen.

Kindly move onm there is nothing left to say.

thanks for replying, really appreciate it.
The thing is when I came to ask the local doctor, he says..regrading ur situation...u can either do a test or not...it's up to you...wth? ...then I got hesitated....and I chose to do the antibody test.... and then..I had this blood drawing fear coming out as I saw bunch of possible hiv carriers who were drawing blood in front of me and the nurse had touched me with the same fingers she had done the blood drawing for others.....so, i'm really worried about it too.
