HIV fear - Please help

Hi Doctor,

On 20th July 2012, I went to a massage parlor. At the end, she gave me an unprotected blow job. She said me to tell her before I ejaculate. I did so and she stopped sucking and took the cum in her hand. Starting 29th July, I am in real anxiety thinking I might have got HIV and started researching alot in internet about HIV. For the last 2 days, I am having vomiting sensation though I do not vomit, simply some saliva come out. I even called her up asking her health status, she said she is clean. I am worried why she even gave me a blow job unprotected if she is so health conscious.
Please advise me for the following.
1. Is vomiting sensation a HIV symptom?
2. Which HIV test can I go for now?

Thank you

That is BS and you never had an exposure even if she was positive.

Hi Everyone,

Till yesterday, I was happy and almost forgotten what I did in a massage parlour.

Today, I saw an Ad from the same girl I got blow job that she got HIV. Here is what she put in the back page.

"Hi this is amber. I would like for my clientelle to know that by mistake I got HIV. I got into a car crash a week ago and needed a blood transfusion wich was contaminated with the disease. I feel really bad I have to tell u the bad news. Those who I have seen before no need to worry. This just happend one night I left from work to home. My appologies I will not be able to see anyone any more ".

I do not believe she got HIV through blood transfusion.
Please help me. I am almost killing myself after reading this.

Hi Teak,

Thank you for all the information. I am now convinced that Insertive oral sex do not pose a risk.
I would like to ask one last question for my understanding.
From the theoretical risk perspective, it is said that infected blood from a person's bleeding gums or an open sore could come in contact with a scratch, cut, or sore on the penis. I am curios to know why penis tip is not considered (only scratch, cut or sore considered).

by Emily_MHModerator,
And to clarify, it is this site's stance, based on studies and our own MedHelp experts (all of whom are world-renowned for their work in this field), that oral sex carries no risk for HIV.

In the latest information released by CDC regarding Insertive and Receptive Oral, both are classified as Low risk instead of negligible risk - http://www.thebodypro.com/content/68450/hiv-transmission-risk-chart.html

Please advise.

Hi RainLover71,

Really appreciate that you replied to my question.
As per this forum, can you please let me know if you have across someone who had vomiting sensation and later diagnosed with HIV?
Can anxiety cause vomiting sensation?

Thank you
