Chances of Hiv

I had oral sex with a person about 4 weeks ago. I am a male she is a female.  I did to her and she did to me.  Can I get HIV from that exposure.  Top of roof of mouth hurt for about 3 days lately seemed to have burned it.  Almost gone now was reddish at first.  And I have a Canker sore on my lip right now.  Not sure if it is just councidence or if this is HIV symptoms.  Please let me know your opinion and if I can get HIV from this exposure.  Any info you can give me the better.  Thank You.

You are OK. There is NO risk for HIV associated with the exposure you mention.  Nothing more to say.  EWH

Sorry to bother but I just need to be told it sternly that I'm okay so I don't worry , I have an appt with behavioral health so should get better but I like answers to be blunt so I can move on

So do you think I have exposure or should worry at all?

Welcome back to the Forum.  this question is VERY similar to the last question you asked here.  Rather than repeat what Dr. Handsfield told you, I have posted a link to his earlier response to you.  No part of the answer has changed except that 2 more months have passed in which there is to scientific evidence that HIV is spread through oral sex.  You do not need to worry, either about giving or receiving oral sex.

Einstein once said that one definition of insanity is to do the same thing again and again and to expect a different outcome.  Your canker sore and sore mouth are coincidental.   I urge you not to worry. There is no need for concern or for testing.  EWH
