HIV from Semen on Lip pulled into mouth?

I had a question.  If a man went to ejactulate on my stomach and some semen hit my lip and i accidentally pulled it into my mouth possibly ingesting it. Does this pose a risk for HIV, why or why not?  It was probably a little more than a drop?  I was unsure of his status.  There was unprotected Oral sex before this act.  He pulled out of my mouth and masturbated on my chest and got some on my lip etc.

Can someone help me with this question?

NO. HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions, therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

I was drunk a few hours previously and my mouth was very dry. Does this change anything?
