HIV from barber's touch

Hello to everyone,
Very first time in the forum and just have one question please, ie

I was at my barber's of many years (who refuses to get tested for HIV due to fear) having a haircut. I had forgotten I had an ingrown-hair spot on my forehead but remembered it when he combed a few times over it and it hurt. I asked him to avoid combing the area due to my spot which by that time had become sore and red. I am not sure why but in a matter of seconds he put his finger on it for max 2 seconds and said 'it is just a spot'..When I put some tissue over it there was some watery fluid, kind of pinkish, from a mixture of blood and water..the kind of fluid some small wounds produce when they are sore and slightly open.
My question is if his finger had a fresh cut with blood (HIV+ assuming) could that infect me with HIV when he touched my sore spot? Like I said above it was a casual, couple of seconds touch but still a wound-to-wound one assuming he had a wound, too.
Would appreciate some assistance and possible reassurance or advice based on the above incident and assumptions.
Thank you all for your time.

As long as you are not having unprotected anal sex with your barber, his HIV status is completely irrelevant.

HIV is NOT transmitted through hair cuts, no way, no how. Wounds on fingers and scalp are very common, yet nobody has ever been reported to be infected that way. If HIV could be transmitted in the type of situation that you postulated, it would be a thousand times more common that it is.

You have no HIV concern whatsoever from this incident and should just move on with your life.

Please do not post any follow up questions. There is nothing you can say that would change anybody's opinion on this.
