HIV from hooker

Hello. I recently got a handjob from a hooker in a massage parlor.
While she was working on me, I was also working on her with my
fingers.

After ejaculation, I carelessly touched my penis with the hand I
was using to work on her vagina. I took a bath and all, but now I
am concerned that I may have gotten HIV from touching my penis.

Also, with this issue, I am now paranoid that I may have gotten it
from the bed. You see, I was naked while she massaged my back
and my penis was touching the bed. And there are pimples in my
but cheeks that may have come in contact with the bed and/or her
body.

What are the risks of HIV infection? I am at past the 48th hour, so
I would really appreciate if you can tell me my opsions.

I've recently got a CBC test, and it seems that my WBC and platelet count are higher than normal. my WBC count is in 13k/mcL (normal is 4.5-10k/mcL).

should i be worried?

Forgive me for being paranoid. So, what you are saying is that my chances are less than 1%? I'm really sorry, I'm just so paranoid atm.

She was also naked and massaged my back using her body.
Again, my but cheeks have pimples which may have been
open (popped) at the time. Does that also increase the risk
of HIV infection?

You never had an exposure.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child
