HIV infection and tests

Hello Doc,
I'm 29 years old male. I had a few (over 5) unprotected sex incidents over the last year, the latest one during this new year eve (Dec 31st).
I was too much worried when I started developing sore throat after 4 days of the last exposure. I went for testing and doctor advised me few tests (blood sample collection date: jan 05, report dates: Jan 06)

The tests and results were:

1) T Cell counts:
%CD3+/CD45+ (T-CELLS)     63.4   (59-84)
ABSOLUTE CD3+ LYMPHOCYTE COUNT    873    (716-2130)
%CD3/CD4+ (T-HELPER CELLS)    37.2     (26-48)
ABSOLUTE CD4+ LYMPHOCYTE COUNT   512  (354-1100)
%CD3+/CD8+ (T-SUPPRESSOR CELLS)  22.7   (18-41)
ABSOLUTE CD8+ LYMPHOCYTE COUNT    313  (192-980)
CD4/CD8 RATIO    1.64   (0.57 - 2.03)

2) HIV I RNA Quantisation in Plasma
Method: RT PCR  Test Kit: Amplicor monitor V. 1.5
Result: sample RPBCV 11215 was found to have undetectable copies of RNA/ml of plasma

3) Rapid Plasma Reagin Test:   Non-reactive

4) Prothrombin Time INR 1.25

There were few other tests including Liver profile, CBC and Hepatitis B Surface antigen (non-reactive)

I'm very much worried and counting on all possible symptoms my body is showing. I grow anxious at times and have had a couple panic attacks.

I'm still having a sore throat (after 2 weeks) which usually subsides during day and erupts during sleep. I have seen other doctors and they have handed me over Amoxillin and cough medicines. I'm also noticing my skin getting easy bruises than past.

I want to know if these tests are sufficient enough to prove that I'm HIV Negative. If not, what other tests do I need to take and when?

I get very much depressed/ anxious and my doc has to put me on 'Libotryp' tablets. I'm not able to attend to friends and office. Please advise me, this anxiety is killing me.

Thanks much for your help.

the method mentioned on the reports is "Microparticle Enzyme Immunoassay" (MEIA)

Teak, I have a test with name "HBsAg (ELISA)" on my receipts. But the report says:
Hepatitis B Surface Antigen (Australia Antigen). Is it the same as "HBsAg (ELISA)" ?
The result says 'non reactive' with a value of 0.389.

Is this the same antibody test you are talking about?

It's not a stand alone test.

Thanks Teak. Is the HIV I RNA Plasma test not an indicator of infection?
