HIV infection this way?

Hello all. Briefly...First off thanks for all your valuable wisdom, it is appreciated.
I have searched your site and can find nothing relative to this (my) situation.
I am curious and concerned.

I had sex with a young Asian prostitute in Vegas this past January. It was protected however, she was on top and she was very wet with vaginal secretions. These secretions obviously proceeded down to and I believe came in contact with the opening of my anus. I had some fissures around the opening.
Previous to the act of intercourse she performed fellatio on me again with me laying on my back.
Could I contract HIV through the fissures around my anus and her vaginal secretions?

After the act I got in the tub and rested/washed for a while.

Three or four days later like many people who do not take part in paying for sex I began to stress.
The pain in my shoulders and back of my neck was so severe by the end of the third fourth and fifth days that I was not able to turn my head. I could not sleep well and was sweating in bed.

Could this pain be a sign of dehydration? I was in the western U.S. and was not staying hydrated as much as I probably should. The pain was mostly gone in the mornings but reoccurred in the afternoon and progressively got worse. I do not recall if I had a fever.

It has started weighing on me and I am going to go get tested. Obviously testing is the proper thing to do for anyone sexually active. But the situation I put my self in and the days following have begun to weigh on me heavily.

Please advise and thank you so much again.

Best.
