Blood drawnn

Can i get hiv from blood drawn.
1)if the blood was drawn from a used syringe
2)if by mistake he poke the needle on his hand and then used the same needle to draw blood.what are the chances to get hiv.
Please advise.thanks in advance

I know sir but just to ease my mind plz advise if this could happened to me tn what r my risk.needle poke to hiv person and tn the same needle was just for blood drawn

I mean the one who draw blood has hiv and axxidently he pole the needle on himself and tn draw blood from me

Teak sir one more point if by chance he poke the needle in his hand then there would be little amount of blood in the syringe and then he used the same to me from blood drawn then would be risk?
