Teak sir one more point if by chance he poke the needle in his hand then there would be little amount of blood in the syringe and then he used the same to me from blood drawn then would be risk?
And how much is required for one to get infected...

You can't infect yourself.
No lab will reuse a syringe either.
I mean the one who draw blood has hiv and axxidently he pole the needle on himself and tn draw blood from me
