HIV negative but health is a wreck due to HIV Anxiety

Hi, folks

Three years ago I posted about my unprotected oral sex drama and my 2nd HIV test that came negative. After that I suffered intense anxiety, and couldn\'t believe anything that was posted here. I was also member of  this site\'s HIV Anxiety support forum. My posts should be here somewhere under my old account name, but I can\'t access them anymore cause my old account has been blocked.

At that same time I have begun having  health issues, joint pain, stomach problems, headaches, itching etc. Now after 3 years living with HIV Anxiety, my issues worsened to the point that my doctor has ordered a HIV test and also a Hep A and Hep C test. I was diagnosed with fatty liver disease and I have IBS. All three tests came back negative.

Have I tested sooner, probably my anxiety couldn\'t have the chance to wreck my health.  

I thank joggen, Vance, Teak and the doctors for their insights and I should have listened to you guys.

Don\'t wait too long to do a test, just do it. If the tests come back positive, you are in time for treatment, if they come back negative you can learn from it and have mental peace. But don\'t let anxiety kill you before anything else.

a lot of people are saying that. but still I cannot calm my self. Everyday I feel very depressed. That experience traumatized me.

oral sex is no risk= no need to even test. You won't be deported

But what bother me also is what if my result would be positive? I'm not sure about my immune system. But the only exposure that I had was oral sex. I swallowed the semen of the guy. that is another thing that adds me worry. I will be deported to my country and I will lost my job here. That is why my mind is very confused.

Marco why don't you just say you were injected by a needle with blood in it, they cannot question you on that, u don't need to anything about having homosexual activity

I myself up to now is suffering from anxiety. I cannot take it out in my mind even though my sexual experience is only oral sex. I cannot do testing now because I'm staying in Saudi. I'm very afraid of doing it because homosexual acts are prohibited here. that is why I'm still waiting to have my vacation in other country so that I can have a test there.The thing that consoles me is the advice that they give here that oral sex is no risk. but still I want to make sure. that is why I want to do a test. unfortunately I still need to wait for my vacation maybe this coming december.
