HIV only via anal sex?

I've been reading a lot about HIV and aids for over a year... And Ive reached these conclusions:
1. Oral sex has been proven in the past 15 years through various studies to be absolutely safe regarding HIV transmission. It is NO risk whatsoever no matter cuts or bleeding gums.
2. HIV is only transmitted via unprotected vaginal and anal sex and shared needles. And these are the only three possible ways for transmission.
3. No cuts on your hands or body parts can transfer HIV. No mutual masturbation. Absolutely nothing can transfer HIV except for vaginal and anal sex done without protection, and intravenous drug use of course. So penile penetration without condom is a requirement for exposure.

Are these conclusions true? In my irgnorance it seems to me that these three activities don't account for all the millions of infections worldwide. Or am I being too naive about the human sexual and drug-related experience?
