HIV oral risk with other stds

Thank you for answering all these posts and being there for people like me.
My question is, what are the chances of being infected with HIV if I performed fellatio and got gonerherra or clymidia as a result? Meaning, if the person I was performing oral on had HIV and one of those diseases as well? There was precum involved.
I performed unprotected oral about a week ago. The last few have started to get a very bad sure throat. After searching the Internet I'm starting to become very worried.
