HIV positive p24 antigen

I posted this a few weeks ago:

I was sexually assaulted over a week ago by a man (unknown HIV status).  I am paranoid now.  I don't know how many women he has slept with or anything.  I was treated at the hospital for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea with antibiotics as a precaution.  However, I'm nervous and have major anxiety about if I have HIV or not.  I can't rest.

He did oral on me and fingered me and was kissing me everywhere.  I don't know if there was semen on his fingers when he fingered me or if he had cuts or anything in his mouth.  I wasn't looking down, I was looking away when this happened.  I do know that his pants were half off and his penis was out, but I'm not sure if it touched my vagina or anything.  I felt something touch me down there but I don't know if it was through his pants at the time.

I just need a straight answer.  I'm scared sick.  The day after and the next day, I had a fever and chills.  The day after, it also felt like my whole body was hit by a bus (all my muscles were very sore, like I had a hardcore workout the day before).  It also burned when I peed and was very itchy.  Over a week later, my bones hurt in my arms, legs and just everywhere.  I'm also really tired.  I know that this might be due to stress.

How long do I need to wait to be accurately tested?

Please help

HOWEVER, I got some results today that said "Our EIA assay detects both antibody and p24 antigen.  The Western blot confirmatory antibody test was NOT positive."  Then they said that this is most commonly due to a false positive EIA however rarely early in infection only p24 antigen may be present.  Please submit another sample in two weeks.

I'm in a panic right now!! Why would I test positive for an antibody related to specifically HIV if I don't have it.  Isn't this an early sign of infection.  Someone PLEASE help me.
I'm super scared right now and alone.

Thank you guys.  I just read though that p24 is the an antigen specific to diagnosing early, HIV.  Also, the blood work was done about 3 days after the incident and everything I've read says that p24 antigen is a good early detector and that if you test positive, then you likely have the virus.

I know I sound so paranoid, but there are so many conflicting views.  I can't stop crying.

furthermore…you NEVER had a risk and NEVER needed testing.  the false positive result you received…and the anxiety created…are the reason that we never recommend testing when there has been no risk.

hiv transmission takes place INSIDE the body…when a penis is INSIDE a vagina / anus.

the western blot trumps your other test…you don't have hiv
