HIV question - seborrheic dermatitis

I have a small question.
Basically I am a very big coward  and have not had sex for 2 and a half years cause I am afraid of getting HIV.
I had sex 2 and a half years ago with this girl.
We were having sex for one month and every day around three times a day.
As a foreplay she would rub the tip of my penis on her clit (no penetration whatsoever) and sometimes we would give oral sex to each other.
We were ALWAYS having PROTECTED SEX, but I am worried maybe the rubbing or the oral sex could make me get this unfortunate disease.
The reason why I got scared is that ... some 3 months after this encounter I got seborrheic dermatitis on my face around my nose (I have had seborrheic dermatitis on my skull my whole life and it stopped at one point). Should I be worried that the seborrheic dermatitis appeared around that time ?
I haven't had any other symptoms (no weight loss - I actually gained weight, no swollen lymph nodes).
I also had a sore throat later the same summer.
Another question is that while having intercourse ones ... my condom broke at the initial penetration and I immediately took it out ... it wasn't IN for more than 3 seconds I am sure.

Can anyone please reassure me that I am just freaking out like with most things in my life ?
Thank you ... I will be eternally grateful

I also ... am circumcised.
I am straight, I was 19 when I had sex.
I only slept with 4 girls in my life and that was the period when I did it.
With two girls I have only had one night stands.
The third one was the girl I had sex with for a whole month and the fourth girl is a girl with which I had sex for around 2 weeks.
I have only had oral sex this summer with a virgin girl as an additional sexual activity.

I know I should have checked myself for HIV, but I just thought it is not significant at all.
I have never had any rashes on my body or whatsoever, no sweating at nights, I just remember recently reading somewhere about seborrheic dermatitis that it could appear with people that have HIV.
I mean I had seborrheic dermatitis my whole life, it was just not on the face.
My skin is oily and I have the dermatitis around my nose. It is very controlled it is not even noticeable but doubt just crawled in my mind again.
Anyone with some advice ?
