3 yrs after having encounter...no signs

Hello Doc,
May God bless you for your service. I am a 30 yrd old male, 3 yrs ago I had a protected sexual act with a escort all the time condom was used. She even changed the condom after oral sex, and said she does not practice anal sex.as foreplay I licked her for 1 min there were no fluids or secretions from her and my mouth was also healthy no sores or cuts.
After that I never developed any symptons in the initail weeks or later. there was no prolonged illness as such  (no high fever or rashes ever). During these years my health has been very good and I have gained weight also my family and friends say I look healthier than ever. I heard on TV that for about 8 yrs the HIV virus can sit quietly in the body and will attack after 8- 10 yrs, this has freaked me and I am not able to get sleep or concentrate .....my question to you is from the day of contact to 8 - 10 yrs if the virus is in the body will there be any affect on health in 3 yrs ?  In other words will the body show positive signs like glowing skin and weight gain  if there is virus in the body ?   and how risky was my activity to get affected.
Will be thankful for your answer.
God bless you again!

Thank you so much Teak for your response, the fact that I licked her vagina and getting orally infected is killing me .....it has come like an old nightmare ...could you please let me know what are the chances of getting infected from licking vagina (female to male) I have researched on this on internet and the general opinion is its extremely low  to zero ..... May God  give you good health...
