Assurance Needed

Incidence was in massage parlour in India -

1. Unprotected Blowjob
2. Fingering in Vagina
3. Vagina rubbing on penis while massaging

Note- I am uncircumcised

Symptoms -

1. On and off headaches which i are gone once i sleep and again starts when i wake up
2. Felt one lymph node back of head
3. Legs cramps mostly when i wake up
4. Feel short pain under many parts of body
5. Shallow breathing at times
6. Dizziness and nausea

My Question

1. Is this incidence puts me at any risk for HIV
2. If not, then can i try to forget this and continue with my life
3. I have small two small childrens and wife, am i any kind of danger to them, cause one of my child i sick a week ago and has a lymph node under is ear, which freaked my out with a though that i have given this to him while he sleeps with me in same blanket
4. Can i start having unprotected sex with my loving wife

Dont know is it me or many who thinks of contracting HIV all the time, seems like my life is paralyzed and stuck after that incidence (which i am not proud off).

Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air  (hand, body,  fluids, maybe blood, mouth, vagina, etc. ). You will be happy to learn that you had no risk, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal with a penis, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv - there are ONLY 3 ways to get hiv. Note that 2 of them require a penis and the third requires a hollow injecting shared needle - there are no OTHER ways to get hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
Hiv is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the WORST that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.
There is no reason for a person to test when they are safe. The advice took into consideration that the other person might be positive, so move on and enjoy life instead of thinking about this non-event. hiv prevention is straightforward since there are only 3 ways you can become infected, so next time you wonder if you had a risk, ask yourself this QUESTION. "Did I do any of the 3?" Then after you say "No, I didn't" you will know that it's time to move on back to your happy life.
No one got hiv from what you did during 40 years of hiv history and no one will get it in the next 40 years of your life either.  You can do what you did any time and be safe from hiv.
The other person's status is irrelevant when you have no exposure to live virus.
Your symptoms are likely in your imagination but if they really exist they still have nothing to do with hiv since you DON'T have hiv.

Hi, can you pls answer my questions plus today eve my one kid has more lymph nodes in the neck along with around ear, m just getting panicked..
Have you seen any case with high viral load seroconversion from blowjob..
As i can see some rare transmissions on internet even from father to kids..
Actually m getting more and more panicked thinking as his issues are due to me..
Pls revert
We are all volunteers here, and we are NOT going to go through and answer your long list of questions when the answer is very simple - you had NO RISK for HIV.

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected (no condom) penetrative anal or vaginal sex, OR
2) Sharing IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.

You don't have HIV, so you cannot give HIV to anyone else.  If you have medical issues, see your doctor, but they are not related to HIV.
All of your questions were answered before -  if you asked yourself the QUESTION. Since you didn't do that, I'll answer it here.> No there wasn't a penis in my anus during the fingering and blow job and she didn't inject me with a hollow needle so I can't have hiv and should move on, instead of wasting my own time asking about lymph and other irrelevant things.
