HIV rash and symptoms

ok in november i recieved unprotected oral sex from a girl for a literally 5 seconds. No preejaculation or ejaculation occured. Afterwards i fingered her.
In january i recieved unprotected oral sex from a differnt girl and pre ejaculated, but did not ejaculate.
5 weeks later (mid february)- i had chills one night and could not fall asleep and was really itching. by morning i had a whole body rash, specifically on my lower leg and near the oblique muscle. That morning i went to my doctor who told me that it was either a virus coming in, a virus leaving or an allergic reaction. i was given a rash lubricant, allergy medicine, and viral antibiotics. the rash was gone within 2 days. i had no fever and no swollen lymph nodes.
i felt better in 2 days, and there was no followup was done.
Fast forward to the summer. i have had a 2 groupings of pimples on my face for the past 3 months. acne has also gone on my back and i am peeling what seems to be white heads on my chest and back. i also have wat appears to be folliculitis on my lower penile shaft.

my health is fine, ive gained a few pounds from excessive eating, no urinary problems and no aches. fatigue comes wen i dont sleep much.

can i have hiv???

nothing that you have described put you at risk for hiv.  you do not need testing.
