receiving oral sex and HIV chances

Hi all,
I'm freaking out atm. I had received an oral sex from a sex worker ( first time ) 2 days ago without protection after I have ejected I saw some blood coming out from the tip inside of my penis. I don't see any cuts on my penis but after ejected my shaft (inside) seems to hurt and its seems like I cum some blood.
I'm worried that if I'll catch HIV from the sex worker well she said she is clear but to be honest I don't know as she is from Thai and she said she done test 8 months ago its clear.

will I catch HIV? say if she is infected? and I didn't have any sexual intercourse or neither have I touch her vagina with any part from my body.

I made a mistake and I'm so scared that I can't sleep and I don't wanna infect my wife. I have learnt my lesson will not do anything with other female anymore as this is very scary...

Thanks Lizzie and bau_male.
So you reckon I don't need to do HIV test just only do some STD test?

it's the blood that freaks me out...as I'm not 100% sure if the blood is from me or not, never had blood cumming out there before, or could be the oral was a ***** rough.

Regards.

it seems like guilt and not HIV. salvia inhibits virus and HIV shouldn't be your worry. However, there are other STD's transmitted through oral sex so you should get tested...
