Just anxiety and guilty?

Firstly thank you doctors for the wonderful work here. I am posting the following out of my paranoid mind. Please kindly quote the risk for HIV and all other STDs - as I couldn't find a forum for both of them.

I am on a business trip in New York; last Wesnesday I called in an escort girl to my hotel. I did tell her that I didn't want intercourse; so I asked her to sit on a detached sofa and masturbate. I am sitting in another sofa 1 meter from her masturbating myself. During that she stepped next to me and asked if I want to touch her breast; I rejected and asked her to get back to her seat. She did cum twice but I don't remember she actually "eject" fluid; I finally ejected in my hand.

There are 2 things worrying me.

1) She did touch various things in the room - and my hand and penis could have touched them. There is a 1mm x 3mm shallow cut on my thumb, Red, not bleeding, painful while pressed. So if she laid some fluid on the furniture and my penis / cut touched the furniture right away, am I at risk? If some fluid "fly" directly from her vagina onto my penis during I am masturbating (maybe when she cum?), am I at risk?

2) Due to the jetlag and insufficient sleep (I slept for 4 hours from 8pm to 1am; couldn't sleep any more then called her in at 2am), I am afraid and not 100% sure if I remember all the details. I try to recall again and again if I have actually intercoursed but I still cannot remember any details about I got into her or making or pull out. I could only remember clearly there is no condom used; we didn't touch each other by hand; and so on. I didn't remember to get in or get out either. Other than the jetlag and inadequate sleep I am mentally healthy and not a drug user at all - but I still am worrying about the correctness of my memory. Could I just didn't remember I intercoursed?

I am probably going to a 3 month test (or even 2 simutaneously) to ease my mind ...

Thank you very much and have a nice day.

Thank you doctor. I will try to get my OCD under control. Just to let you know that I got a 28 day DUO test which came back NEGATIVE. I might do a 3 month one for my mental health as well as stay away from escort things - but truly thank you for all the advices.

Directly to your questions:

1) Of course there is no possible risk of HIV or other STD from these events.

2) I am amazed when people ask Dr. Hook or me (or anyone on any forum) whether they might have had sex they don't remember.  That sounds impossible to me, but you were there and I was not.  I cannot judge the quality of your memory.

I recommend against any STD testing.

For over 2 years,  you have been burning up various MedHelp forums with questions about obviously non-risky events that could not have led to HIV or any STD.  This is another one.  In other forums you have revealed your diagnosis of OCD.   That is obviously your main health issue in relation to your sexual choices.  Discuss your STD/HIV fears with the provider who is managing your OCD; or find a provider now if you're not currently in treatment.  I suggest it out of compassion, not criticism.

There won't be any follow-up comments or discussion on this thread.

Regards--  HHH, MD
