HIV risk condom broke

Okay so a week ago I had a risk (gay anal sex) this time I was wearing a condom but it broke I kinda notice after a few seconds and put a new one but the I stop like I didn't feel comfortable no more so I told him I didn't want to no more so I stop , so I'm wondering if I have a big risk when the condom broke someone help plz I want to go get tested but it's to early

As the good Dr HHH always says, people don't usually lie about their status, so that itself is a good sign. Another thing you have to your advantage is the fact that you say you realized your condom failed and stopped a few seconds later, which again may lower your risk - and also the fact that you were the insertive partner.
Having said that, am I saying you shouldn't test ? Certainly not.
This isn't an odds game, so you must get tested. You know the right times for the tests. Just stay calm and do them.

I also ask him when was the last time he got tested he said over a month ago.

So before I had sex , I ask the person if he was std negative and he said yes he even ask me too should I believe him ?

You had a risk, and you need to get tested. Take a DUO at 4 weeks post exposure for an excellent indication. Follow up at 12 weeks post exposure for a conclusive result.
