HIV risk from a possible needle prick

Yesterday on the train station station , I was approached by this homeless guy who started to fiddle his pockets in front of me and asked if I could call a cab from him as he has run out of battery on his mobile. I said ok and then he asked for some money which I said I don't have as had no cash. He said ok and walked away and slightly tapped my left shoulder with his hand.

My question is that could he possibly prickly me with some hiv infected needle which I didn't notice . I have no memory if he had something in his hand. Also I didn't feel any prick or ting . I also checked that side of my shirt thoroughly for any blood . There was none . I also checked my shoulder and left chest and had no sign of blood or any mark of injection.

I am a bit paranoid and would request if I am at risk if hiv and need testing. Please help.

I am just trying to figure out the different probabilities . I understand that if it would have been the butt then it could go unnoticed due to the fat there but not sure if the prick on the should or chest side will get unnoticed without blood or the feeling of getting pricked.

If he had a needle it would have to be a medical needle.  It would have had to go pretty deep and you would have felt it.

It doesn't' some like that happened, so you're not at risk.

Be well
