HIV Exposure! please help understand

I had an encounter a week ago with a girl I met in a bar

I had my condom on and everything and there was no breakage in the condom or anything!

but during the act I smelled something fishy and it was from her V, but I managed to finish and then went to the toilet disgusted and when I removed the condom, there was this white thing " pre *** I guess" on my D, but I think its from my D not hers since the condom did not break or slip.

my question is:

Does the condom ensure that there will be no HIV exposure? like 100% since it didn't break? because most of the sites states condom protects like 83% against hiv which I find weird

and can viginal fluid leak from the bottom of the it into the condom or am I just being paranoid?

Since the condom did not break, you had no risk for HIV and do not need to test.  Abstinence is the ONLY 100% method to protect against diseases and pregnancy.

Only the head needs protection so that happened and you are safe. Nothing else to say about all the details you are trying to analyze other than you are wasting your time thinking you had an HIV risk.

So if the condom had a cut would i know? Because im tripping about the condom now !! If you was in my place would you get tested for this exposure?
If a condom fails it rips down the seam, hangs in tatters and is hard to take off so that didn't happen. Micro cuts are a myth.
So if you was in my place you wouldnt think of testing?
No,  I would not.  If my condom wouldn't break, I wouldn't worry.
