HIV risk in Thailand

Dear doctors,

3 weeks ago I had a sexual contact with a bar girl in Phuket, while I was really drunk. I had 2 vaginal intercourses while wearing extra safe condoms Durex. After I was done the first time, I took off the condom and put on another one. Among the actions that I did, was vaginal intercourse, fingering and kissing her and her breasts. After I was done, I took the condom off, threw both away, and washed briefly my hands. As far as I remember, the condoms were always on and they did not brake. Considering that I had extra safe condoms (not expired), the risk of breaking is extremely low, maybe only of slightly slipping, however it seemed fine to me then.

Regarding the symptoms that I observed. After about 2 weeks, I started to feel a mild sore throat. Also after 2 weeks I noticed that the region on my lip where I have some sores due to Herpes was pulsing for about 1-2 days. In addition, I had some (about 4-5) minor sores on my right side of the mouth that disappeared after I removed them by scratching. They looked like acnes, however much smaller and located very close to the mouth.
After 3 weeks, my sore throat got worse. Now I am sneezing quite often, and dry coughing from time to time. Moreover I have a runny nose and my lymph nodes under my armpit and on my throat are slightly swollen. I am assuming that it is so as I feel a bit of discomfort in both places from time to time. Today I started to take antibiotics (Clarithromycin)  as recommended by my doctor.

Finally, I want to add that I got vaccinated 2 weeks before I had the contact with the girl for Influenza, Hep A, Boostrix and Typhoid. I am mentioning this as this might have weakened my immune system for some time.

Despite the numerous possible explanations of my symptoms, I am still in a deep state of anxiety and concern regarding being infected with something incurable like HIV. I am afraid that I accidentally touched my mouth after fingering, or touching the condoms and then my mouth (involuntary), or if something went wrong with the condoms during the intercourse (even though I cannot remember anything of that type). What scares me most is the coincidence of my symptoms with the timing.

From the details provided above, could you tell me what is risk of having anything?

Thank you much in advance for your help.

Thank you for your reply.

Could the symptoms relate then to any STD? Or you think it's just a common cold or so?

You had no risk from condom protected sex. And nothing else you did posed a risk.
