HIV risk over nipple sucking

Hi.. I am 29 male. Two weeks back, I have sucked a woman nipple and nothing done more. I have found some taste on tongue but clearly I havn't find any dischage/liquid from her nipple. After one week I have checked that woman whether she had breast milk or any nipple dischage by fondling throughly. I havn't found any thing. Lot of anxiety over hiv risk. It is like hell to wait for 1 month to test.

you had NO risk and further testing is not needed.

"It is easy to be confused about the risk of HIV associated with breast milk.  Many educational websites and other resources list exposure as a risk, because infants can be infected by nursing.  But those sources rarely tell the full story.  Among babies nursed by HIV infected mothers, only about 10-15% catch HIV; and typically it takes 6 months before they become infected -- all the time swallowing several ounces of milk ever day.

Given that low infectiousness, what can the risk possibly be through exposure to a drop or two?  The fact is that breast milk has never once been implicated as the source of sexually acquired HIV, or of a new HIV infection in any human being except nursing babies."  DR HANDSFIELD / MEDHELP

* Anyone who continues to post excessively, questioning a conclusively negative result or no-risk situation, will be subject to action by MedHelp. Conclusively negative results or a no-risk situation will be based upon the criteria established by MedHelp’s doctors. Action will be taken as follows:
    * After excessive posting, a warning will be issued by MedHelp

Thanks for the reply.

After that incident,

At 11 day, I went for Elisa antibodies 1 and 2 test - not reactive.

At 15 day, went for HIV 1 qualitative DNA PCR test - not detected.

At 16 day, went for HIV 1 & 2 Proviral DNA PCR - not detected.

At 28 day, HIV 1 & 2  Ab includes P24 antigen test - not reactive

Is that conclusive?

later came to know that the fourth generation test can not able to detect HIV 2 P24 antigen. is it true? What to do now.

thanks

Your risk is Zero,,,, Non existing, regardless of her status whether she was breast feeding her child or not. HIV never transmit through oral contact, so relax, you were never exposed
