possible HIV infection? please help

A little over a month ago I visited a sex worker. We did not engage in penetrative sex, however we did engage in some potentially risky sex acts.. I also heard rumours after the fact that the sex worker I visited was possibly infected with HIV. I need someone to accurately tell me my risk.. Here are the activities that we engaged in:

1. She gave me an unprotected blowjob, I did not ejaculate.
2. We engaged in completely nude, penis to vagina rubbing for an extended period of time, there was no penetration. But my penis head did get wet from her vaginal secretions and possibly entered my urethra, The head was covered by the labia of her vagina, but there was no full penetration. Just the rubbing I described.

It's been over a month since the incident and I have developed many of the ARS symptoms. I am worried

With these things is mind, what is my risk. Can someone please explain if the infection can be transmitted this way at all? Thank you

So I have no risk, therefore no need to test?

As long as your penis did not go inside her vagina. There is no risk for HIV.
1. Receiving oral sex- not a risk even if she had hiv. Serodiscordant couples have proven this.
2.your penis rubbing on her vagina. As ling as it did not go in. Your safe. You might ask what about the vaginal fluids. Once exposed to air, the hiv virus dies easily. So no risk.
Remember the only way HIV is transmitted
1. Unprotected anal or vaginal sex. (getting inside without a condom)
2. Sharing IV needles
3. Mother to child transmission.
