HIV dilemma or other deadly diseases risk?

I thought i might have a low to no risk of HIV, but i wanted to test to rule out... My exposure was that i accidentally used a athletic cup that touched the head of my penus(glans penus)( we were playing cricket and the cup is a team cup like a spare)  and it wasnt used that day and i picked it up and realized it after it touched my glans and took it out immediatly...  the cup looked dry and little dirty from dried sweat maybe idk but please help, THIS IS DISGUSTING

I know a blood test done by my state offers both anti body and a HIV-RNA test, which means an RNA test can pick it up, but generally how many days is for the HIV-RNA too reach deteacable level???

You had no risk. We are not going to be talking about tests in a no risk situation. Just adds fuel to the anxiety that you have over a no risk situation. Believe it...no risk. No test.
