I had sex with a CSW with a Condom, and now I'm a little scared

Dear Doctors,

I am a hetero circumcised male, and I had a stupid night about 3 years ago, I know it’s late but it’s only occurring to me now. I had sex with a CSW in a brothel. Apart from the guilt I’m kind of scared that there may be some more serious repercussions.

I used a condom and it did not break during the intercourse but I have no idea about pin holes, not my condom, but I think it was fully intact. I did not ejaculate at all that night, and I went home and passed out. I didn’t think of it again until recently, and HIV was not on my mind, now I’m really freaking out, as I have given blood a few times after the incident and I really don’t want to be giving infected blood, however the blood service has never contacted me with a problem with my blood. So my questions are:

1. What is the risk that I contracted HIV from this encounter?
2. Should I get tested based on this encounter?
3. What are the risks of my blood making it through to a patient if I am infected?
4. Would the blood service contact me if my blood was tainted?

Thank you so much in advance, I hope I’m over reacting but I thank you for your input and for all the good work you do.

You NEVER had a risk from the PROTECTED sex 3 YEARS ago.
If a condom fails, it fails catastrophically. YOU WOULD NEVER HAVE ANY DOUBTS!
ALL donated blood is rigorously screened for ANY transmittable infection. If your blood showed ANY type of infection, and yes, that certainly includes HIV, they WOULD contact you and advise you to see your doctor immediately. It's the law.
The fact you've donated blood "a few times" and NEVER heard from them, you can rest assured you are clean.
