HIV worry madly

worried sick about HIV man.  Please help.  drunk mistake.  I know its not an excuse but wife cheated on me with my best childhood friend.  My only sex ever has been with my wife.  first time I had sex with another girl.

situation is deep cunnilingus on a "cheap" csw (sorry for the expression).  really deep with tongue inside vagina. Girl masturbated hard and came with a lot of vaginal juice which I ate and licked and drank vaginal juice.  I ate her vagina and anus hard.  It was salty.  it was dark room. I put tongue in her anus also. condom  protected BJ and protected vaginal sex.  fingering and licking fingers.  Fresh injury in mouth 1 hour before sex.    After sex switched on lights and  saw blood on condom and pubic area.  girl had irregular period she said.  Nearly sure I sucked blood from her vagina to mouth (had fresh cut in mouth) as room was dark.

What do I do??  Worry and test??  I wana be sure what to do before getting in a relationship and working out my life.

Help man.. too bad right now..

You did not have a risk, saliva would have inactiveated any potential virus.
