HIV question!please HELP

Hello,doctor.
Months ago I went  to play baskerball and had a nail scratch by other player.The wound about 3cm long 1cm wide, but not so deep, and come out  quite a bit blood. I scare that his nail has lots of blood thought the scartch spread HIV to me or he intent to spread. I am so worry ,please HELP

No risk. HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions, therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

But I still have a question, is that even my wound exposed to his HIV blood,even the worst situation, Istill no risk ? i scare that his nail has lots of HIV blood. can you tell me why?

HIV is not transmitted by scratches.
