Polluted needle in blood draw

Hi,i'm in need of help.
I did a blood test in a hospital in China today,but  the nurse who draw my boold made the needle very close to a medical garbage
box which was very dirty when she unplug the needle hat,some blood was on the garbage box,i can't remeber clearly whether the nurse make the needle touched the blood,and if it touched,do i have risk during the blood draw through the polluted needle into my vein? .
