You are not having HIV symptoms.  You were never exposed to HIV, so there is no opportunity for you to have symptoms of HIV.

Risks for HIV are:
1)  Having unprotected, penetrative anal or vaginal sex, or
2)  Sharing intravenous needles.

NOTHING else you can think of is a risk for HIV, including a handjob and protected sex.  There is no detail you could add, and no "what if" question you could ask that would make this event a risk for HIV.

See a dentist for your gum and tooth problems, and you should definitely see a doctor if you are having frequent penis infections, but they are NOT related to HIV.  No risk.

But pain on my jawline and salivary glands?
These are not HIV symptoms. Your risk was always non-existent from the exposure you mentioned, as you have already been told
I feel like having a pea sized lymph node on my jaw  I don't know if it's a lymph node also am very tired , I have lost considerable amount of weight during the last year
My lymph node aches I very much worried
These frequent infections and am  very much worried
Since you were advised that you had zero risk for HIV, your symptoms are not related to HIV.  We suggest seeing a doctor for diagnosis of your non-HIV related symptoms.
