Hand Job exposure

Doc H,
I recently visited Thailand over the Christmas holiday.  I visited a massage parlor there.  We showered together in soap and water and then she gave me a back massage. At the end, the girl gave me a hand job without a condom that i wasn't expecting.  That is the only contact we had. Unfortunately I didn't know to check her hands for abrasions.  There was no kissing, no fingering, no fondling, and no vaginal, oral, or anal sex.  Upon my return to the US, I developed flu like symptoms.  I went to the doctor and she put me on an antibiotic to treat my symptoms.  During the same visit I mustered up the courage to request STD testing as well and let the doctor know i had a hand job on the trip. They administered a series of STD tests (HIV included)(which would be about 2 weeks after exposure) and all results were negative.  I have been very paranoid about this ordeal and have had trouble sleeping for weeks now.  I have been driving myself bonkers.  I am worried about my health and damaging another persons by infecting them with something i might have.  Its really made me realize how important your health is. Do you think i am okay Doc?  How likely is it that i may have contracted an STD (HIV, HERPES, ETC?  Do you think i should request additional STD testing in the future, at the three month period to double check or maybe sooner?  Thanks for your advice and help.  It is very much appreciated as I know you are a very busy individual.  I very much respect your opinion.  Im sorry to bring up the hand job topic again in the forum, but i needed some personal reassurance.

    Thanks much

Thanks for your quick reply!

I admit, I am very inexperienced and unknowlegable about this subject area.  I am simply being conscientious.  Thats why i want to post my question.

Is it okay to have intercourse with my partner back home in the US without passing anything on to her?

Your kidding me...right?

The only risk here is the wife/gf finding out.

I guess I don't understand why you imagine that my assessment of your exposure would be any different than any of the many others on hand jobs.  But here goes:

No risk, period.  Nobody ever got HIV or any other STD by a hand job, with the possible exception of HPV.  Therefore, your symptoms cannot possibly be due to that exposure.  You did not need HIV/HIV testing and certainly do not need further testing.

No "yes but" or "what if" follow-up quesitons. There is nothing you can add that would change my opinion or advice.
