RED PIMPLIE LIKE SPOTS

Im a boy, 18, and I would like to give my questions some answers..
I gave and received oral sex with a girl 6 days ago..
and 4 days ago I stayed up until 8 in the morning, But I usually stay up from 12-3 am, and wake up 7:30 in the morning cause I have collage classes..
I noticed 22 to 37 RED PIMPLE LIKE SPOTS in my face..
from what I googled, there could be some cases like this too (based on what I have read)..
is this a sign or is this just ordinary puberty thing or is this caused due to stress??
