How can I get over HIV anxiety even if I'm in a monogamous relationship?

I had an HIV scare last year and have tried to move on. I've been involved in a monogamous relationship now for over 6 months. We discussed our past with each other and decided to have sex without condoms. We recently was having sex and she started her period. Once I noticed the blood I immediately washed it off. Ever since then I cant help but feel anxiety over this and the fear of HIV. I took an elisa test at 30 days which came back negative. My question am I safe.

You are in a monogamous long term relationship.  I'm sure this will not be the first time someone says to you that you need to seek help for anxiety.  It's now interfering with simple enjoyment with your partner.  You know she doesn't have HIV.  But your anxious brain won't quiet. So, stop talking about HIV and start talking about anxiety with your doctor.  Otherwise, you will be stuck in this loop forever and it has to be getting old. So, treating your anxiety is how you get over irrational HIV fear.  That's it.

Thanks for the honesty. For educational purposes would the result from the elisa test be conclusive?
Did both of you test before you started the relationship? elisa is conclusive after 4 weeks.
Shes a doctor so she test regularly and I had a test before a surgery I had which was 2 weeks before we meet. We used condoms until the third month and then we decided to stop. We had that incident and I waited 30 days to test out of shear anxiety. Results came back negative.
Your post makes no sense. If she tests regularly she is negative, so you need to see a therapist to deal with your irrational anxiety.
The only non-sex risk for HiV is sharing hollow needles that you use to inject with and the doc doesn't do that, so there is no reason for her to be testing regularly anyway.
