Help me with my Blood Draw.

I am a male of 27 and had unprotected oral exposure with a woman who is a friend and not a prostitute.During the oral exposure (i received oral from her) while she was sucking me ...her teeth scratched the helmet of my penis which caused a scratch or a tear kind of stuff.it wasnt bleeding.Anyways after this i panicked and took a HIV antibody test at around 5 weeks and then again at 11 weeks post exposure.... both were negative.I know that i am in the clear,BUT now when i went for my 11th week test to the clinic in india.I was the first patient in the clinic (they were still opening the doors etc).i went to the pathology dept and asked for a hiv blood test. They use VACCUM containers for blood draw. I did see the guy opening a fresh needle and putting it on the holder. Then he put the holder on the table and was searching for the rubber string which they tie on the arm before the blood draw.while searching for the string in his bag he took out another holder from his bag and also the string.he took my blood and i went away. Now i dunt rem if there was any NEEDLE in the holder that he had taken out from his bag....i dunt rem if he used a fresh needle or not...as he had taken out the 2nd holder from his bag there were two holders now on the table.( in the first holder i saw him put a fresh needle but i dunt rem if there was any needle in the holder that he had taken out from his bag.I dunt know which holder he used.
I am assuming if he did not use a fresh needle on me then what are my chances of hiv? while he was abt to insert the needle in my skin i saw the needle closely and did not see any blood stains etc it was its original colour of stainless steel.

I took a test after this episode too..at 5.2 weeks post exposure.that was NEGATIVE too...

shud i be worried abt it?

i even called that lab guy and asked him if he used a fresh needle and abt the 2nd holder in his bag,to which he said that he USED A FRESH NEEDLE ON ME and that as he goes for blood collection in the morning thats why he had an extra holder and rubber string in his bag.

Please help me.

You have never read about contracting HIV from getting a blood draw never. Work with a mental help professional to deal with your anxiety issues. You don't have an HIV concern.

hi teak thanx a lot for ur answer but my concern is not ORAL SEX its abt the needle used in a blood draw... are blood drawing needles diff from injecting needles?

if u say no risk then how come there are cases where people got HIV from needle  stick.. i know the number is low but then it is there right?
u mean to say that everyone who got hiv from Needle stick... they injected sum infected blood by mistake in them?

for hiv to infect in such a situation does it have to be instant/immediate poke after a blood draw?

You didn't have a risk period. Go look at what YOU posted in Yokes thread. Don't want to hear anymore about your anxieties.

One more thing... after the last test.... on 29th nov 2008... (i am dead sure that the needle was fresh and i held the needle myself and opened it and asked the lab guy to put it on the holder)
arnd 29th dec i had a bag cough.its still there.is this a symptom of hiv?considering the test i took before my last test...which was originally for 11 weeks after oral exposure..the test taken was arnd 24rd -24rth oct.
