Your test is conclusive - no further testing is warranted.  You can do whatever anyone else who doesn't have HIV can do.

Ok no matter of symptoms  that I feel 2 days after my 40 day test (tested 40 days after  completing pep) so in total 10 weeks after exposure.
I'm not sure if your last post is asking a question, but the test has proven that you don't have any hiv symptoms.
Yes it is a question because I have had a very bad throat on and off especially in the morning and then goes away. Just wanted to make sure that 40 days after my last pep dose was enough or whether I need to test at 45 days after my pep dose or 3 months or 6 months really scared at the moment
Reread the advice because your question does not make sense - the test has proven that you don't have any hiv symptoms. Is this your first lifetime sore throat - I doubt it so it should be easy at this point for you to understand that it has nothing to do with hiv.

My question does make sense I asked whether or not I would have to test more because of the symptoms I have been having as in at 45 days 3 months 6 months ? What’s not making sense there?
The test proves you don't have hiv.
Your fear that somehow you have hiv proves ONLY that you do not believe the test works. You don't have any medical training so should not have any confidence in your beliefs about the test, however unfortunately you have more confidence in your ability to diagnose disease than you do in the fact that the test was designed by scientists.
Seek therapy if you are not able to accept the facts, instead of wasting more of your life worrying that you have hiv every time a sore throat or body ailment comes up. The first step to peace is to stop googling cold turkey and the second is to stop studying your body for the hiv disease that can't occur.
