Unprotected oral

Dear Dr. Thank you for your service, it was very hard for me to get myself out from my last year experience until I put myself once again in the following new risk
1st  on 10.06.2013 Was Unprotected oral Sex received from Asian massage gay I finished in his mouth nothing more than this.
2nd  on 20.06.2013 Was Unprotected oral Sex received from African Girl I finished in his mouth nothing more than this.
I tested on 07.07.2013 by both DUE Test Not Reactive  & PCR Test Quantitative HIV 1 Not detected, I been advised from the public from that I never have exposure & Not Hiv Concern but the following question run in my mind.
Q1. Since the 2nd was African girl where HIV 2 more experience over there & My PCR not designed for HIV 2 , shall I go for another DUE Test at 43 days ( 6 week ) ?
Q.2 in The DUE Test dose P24 antigen part valid for both HIV 1 & HIV 2 ?
Q.3 Is there any more test required  ?
Q.4 if you are in my situation what will you do ?
Thank you

You did not need testing to start with. You have tested anyway.  Your test result provides further proof that you did not get HIV from the exposure you have described.  EWH

there is no meaningful dfference between my assessment and the information on the community site.  There is no reason to worry and no reason to abstain from unprotected sex with your wife.  EWH

Welcome back to our Forum.  The answers to these questions will be quite similar to the answers Dr. Handsfield gave you several months ago.  There are NO cases in which anyone has been proven to have gotten HIV from receipt of oral sex- not ever.  You will not be the first.  There is no reason for concern and there was no reason for testing.  You chose to test and the testing now shows that you do not have HIV.  further testing is not needed

Q1. Since the 2nd was African girl where HIV 2 more experience over there & My PCR not designed for HIV 2 , shall I go for another DUE Test at 43 days ( 6 week ) ?
Even in Africa HIV-2 is rare and if you had acquired HIV yoiur DUO test would have detected the infection.  As I said above, there was no need for testing to begin with and therefore there is no need for further testing either.

Q.2 in The DUE Test dose P24 antigen part valid for both HIV 1 & HIV 2 ?
Yes.

Q.3 Is there any more test required  ?
No, there is no need for additional testing.

Q.4 if you are in my situation what will you do ?
If I were you I would not worry and would not seek further testing.

I hope my comments are helpful.  EWH
