WORRIED ABOUT MY PAST

Hello Doctor.  I am a straight male, never done anal with anybody, and I don’t inject. I have made some really bad decisions. About two years ago, I slept slept with prostitutes, south of the border in Mexico. With the CSWs I HAVE ALWAYS USED CONDOMS (with the exception of a girl used to know who gave me unprotected oral seven years ago), from begining to end. However, I have been wondering if the condoms have properly protected me. Ex. one time I kept going after I finished for about two minutes, did the condom slide up and down exposing a potential prior masterbation injury? Another, (in the missionary pos.) I was on top almost parallel to her, was I too close. I used condoms I bought; however, some provided condom they had, were they in accordance with FDA standards? The problem is that I did something after I finished (on two separate occasions with at least two pros). I would get the foreskin of my penis and cover my penis head, then I would urinate until it filled like a balloon (one time before I did this I cleaned my penis with toilet paper that the pro gave me). I am afraid that there probably was vaginal fluid in my penis head, by me not carefully taking the condom off OR  having vaginal fluids in my hand after I touched the condom (then touching penis head) OR  after I touched my shaft with toilet paper and touching the penis head since the condom might having been going up and down since I probably was a little placid as stated above. I am concerned that after that I would urinated and filled my foreskin like a balloon and that allowed the vaginal fluid to enter my urethra.

You are incorrect.  When clients go over the limit, we ask them to re-state their question in briefer fashion.  Then we answer the question.

Most of your second question was answered in my first response.  I told you there was no risk for HIV.  therefore the illness you describe was not ARS and you could not have gotten HIV from the "balloon thing" you did.  Furthermore, as I said, if you are worried, at this time, while I am confident that you did not get HIV from the exposure you described, there is no reason for you not to go and get tested so that you can stop worrying about this.  EWH

Could you please respond to my second post. Do I have to repost at the STD Export forum?

Thank you for your prompt reply. I apologize for going over the limit. I looked at previous post by other members and noticed that they have done it and the docotors had responded without a problem. I would appreciate it you could read my second comment. Thank you.

Your question went beyond the word limit for the site.  The word limit is there for a reason.  any question that cannot be asked in the allotted space is too complex to be appropriately answered over the internet.  I will answer based on what I ead within the wor limit.

Your describe 100% condom protected sex with CSWs and receipt of unprotected sex with a single partner.  There is no risk to these exposure.  That you did this strange maneuver with your foreskin and urination does not change that.  I sense from your question however that this has been on your mind for a long time.  Thus, because of that (and not because of anything you have described), it is probably in your interest to go and get an HIV test.  I am confident that it will be negative an then you can put your concerns aside.

Hope this is helpful to you.  Take care.  EWH

I was sick twice (one week separated from each other) about two years ago, with flu like symptoms and I had a lot of bloating with flatulance, and itched in inguinal crease. The second time I got sick (about a week after the first time) it was really bad, I was coughing up a lot of phlegm and my body ached, I think it might have been bronchitis or pneumonia. I coughed phlegm for about a month and was still coughing for about additional month after that. I was really tired, specially legs. After a couple of months after last sex, I stressed about my conduct and got = a burning sensation when I pee, symptoms of prostatitis or Interstitial Cystitis (this weired because I have never had vaginal sex without condoms,  my concerns above). Sometime I feel my genitals a little sticky. I used to get shocks all over body and sometimes in the penis head. Sometimes, my hairs in my legs look ingrown and inflammed (pimple like). Any ways I was just thinking about my concern above about the urine balloon thing and whether I could have gotten HIV that way by “forcing vaginal fluid in my urethra.” I am like, if I got an infection how about HIV? Did something go wrong with the condoms? Was any episode of getting sick ARS or sign of advance HIV (since who know how long I might have been infected, if at all). For purposes of risk you may assume that they were positive and had high viral load.
