Hiv Infection from Clincial Injection

Hi,I'm from India and recently I had visited a doctor on account of fever. He provided 2 injections .The catch here is he used 2 needles, one to draw medicine and the other to inject  me ,I did not see either being disposed or changed. When I asked him he told me the injecting one is fragile and cannot pierce the bottle cap ,hence he used the other one , Can I belive him? The reason is I have got one more fever now after one month.Mine is a town famous for CSW 's hence I am afraid. Is this just an unnatural concern?

if you are having health concerns, continue to work with your dr.  you didnt contract hiv from your dr's injection

Thanks Madam.I was worried because  , I have got a fever after one month, diarrohea, and my RBC has gone down and WBC have gone up,felt like the classic case of my body doing the mighty fight, hence raised the question.
