Hiv blood at testing clinic

I went to get a rapid hiv test yesterday but i saw some dry blood on the table and i told ro the man working there and he took alchool and a cotton pad and was cleaning it .but after he dis not waah his hands and he touched the thing that is used to suck blood out and after that he put on gloves  and start to draw blood out of my finger.if he had blood on his hands that came in contact with my open wood am i in risk for hiv ?

This seems way to close to an “exposure” that was posted just a few days ago bt another user? Is that a coincidence or are you the same person?

Either way - no this was not a risk. HIV (if the blood was positive for it) would be long dead before he touched it and subsequently touched you.

No risk.
