Hiv from mindless act.

I recently meet a female who later told me she was hiv positive. This didn't bother me since we were not having intercourse. The girl is not on meds at the moment so I would assume she has a detectable and high viral load. The issue at hand is that we went out for dinner and drinks. We ended up making out heavily. Heavy passionate kissing. I even sucked on her breast for a few moments. After the kissing I remember tasting blood in my mouth. I know I have poor gums that frequently bleed a good amount each and every time I brush. I don't think the girls mouth health was the greatest either.

Almost two weeks after this evening I began to develop a sore swollen throat. In addition a few days after I noticed a raised red rash covering the upper trunk of my body. I also experienced swollen glands in the armpits, neck and groin with leg pains. These symptoms were extremely apparent. However, I was able to go about my day with them. I also experienced intense headaches the days the sore throat started. All of these symptoms persisted for around a week and a half. I called the girl and we were both convinced she infected me some way through the kissing. (Blood must have been exchanged). I went to the doctor and explained everything to him. He confirmed that infection through kissing although extremely extremely rare could still happen through contaminated blood from one to another. Especially since the female partner had a high viral load. He told me to refrain from intercourse for a few weeks mad to test around the three month mark and then again at the six month mark to ensure everything was ok. What worries me the most is that the symptoms of ars were extremely apparent right at the window period. It was like clock work. The two of us have been going crazy with the idea and thought I may have become infected.

What do I do? I can't even sleep at night.

Would it make a difference if I had a white tongue and bleeding bumps on tongue. Causing sputum in spit. This was during the kissing time frame.

I hope your right. After all the female had hiv with high viral load and I did experience ars like symptoms around the window period. The blood I tasted freaked me out.

You never had an exposure and you cannot spread something you don't have.

I just don't want to fear infecting someone else in the future. Especially after all the symptoms.

Could just be possible in extremely rare circumstances where bleeding and sores in the mouth existed. Most people don't have sores or bleeding in the mouth. If both parties had poor dental hygiene as in the situation it could be feasible? Or is it still 100% impossible even with the poor oral situations?

1. HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

2. Saliva contains over a dozen different enzymes and proteins that inhibits HIV transmission.

3. If it was at all possible, hundreds of millions of people would have HIV

Not to go back and forth. But in your opinion, why couldn't it be transferred from blood to blood in this manner. Especially with a high viral load. All it would take is some of the virus to get into your blood stream. Or attach to the white blood cells in the mouth. The saliva cannot guarantee to kill 100% of the virus before it gets into the blood stream. This could all happen in a mili second during kissing. Especially with prolonged direct access.

Could you please expand with supporting evidence.

You can claim whatever you want but HIV is not transmitted that way.

I'm not claiming the kissing as the cause. I'm claiming the exchange of blood from the act of kissing to be the cause. If her infected blood went directly into my mouth and into my bloodstream. I could have become infected in this manner.

How can we be 100% sure. I remember tasting blood after the kissing in my mouth. I have open bleeding gums that the virus may have entered through in my gums. Then, the ars symptoms were spot on after the exposure. They were apparent.
