Hiv or not?

I recently had protected sex with a Korean sex worker in a Melbourne brothel. I did not finish in her so she took the condom off and finished with a hand job. There was lots if vaginal fluid on her hands as she finished me off. No symptoms for 3 weeks so I thought it was ok. Then got headache and sore throat week 3-4 groin lymph nods swollen at 4 weeks. I had some mild night sweats but no fever.  I have a slight cough which i feel is about clearing my throat. I am really stressed that I have contracted hiv. When can I get tested? Are my chances high?  It has only been 4 weeks since incident - stressed

Please read not reject I understand condom on is safe but I guess I posted because I had symptoms at 3 5 7 weeks just been to normal doctor and neck groin glands swallen and have been for about a week (after 8 weeks since encounter still swollen) shorteness of breath as well. Because I was drunk my memory says condom went on and finished with hand but now I am stressed that I had unprotected sex. The headache throat shortness of breath have been going on for 4 weeks? Could glands headache and shortness of breath be something else ? Or hiv ?
